Insider Flow tracks two things, both sourced directly from the SEC’s public EDGAR filing system:

• Insider buying — open-market purchases of company stock by officers, directors, and large beneficial owners, disclosed on Form 4.
• After-hours filings — Form 8-K material-event disclosures, which companies frequently file right after the market closes: earnings, executive changes, financing, M&A, and other events they’re required to report.

Every figure on this site — shares, prices, dates, filer names, item numbers — comes from the filing itself, not a summary or a data vendor. Where a filing is ambiguous or thin on detail, that’s stated plainly rather than filled in with a guess.

What this site does not do: tell you what to buy, sell, or hold, predict where a stock is headed, or attach a trading strategy to any filing. Insider buying and 8-K disclosures are widely watched signals, but a signal is not a recommendation — what a filing means for a given reader depends on far more than this site can know. Nothing here is investment advice.
